In the last several months, many Australians as well as people all over the world, have been impacted by more fear, anxiety and panic due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) on top of what ever else happening in their lives. During an immediate pandemic, many people will experience a heightened state of anxiety and worry. It is perfectly normal.
Experiencing anxiety is a normal part of being alive but everyone responds to it differently. A small amount of stress, such as having to meet a deadline can actually be helpful. It can be embraced to increased alertness, energy and productivity. Whereas a complete lack of stress can lead to reduced motivation and performance.
Stress triggers off the 'fight or flight' response work well for short term threats like meeting a snake on your path, preparing the body to take action against potential danger. Hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol are released, causing the heart rate, metabolism and breathing rate to speed up. However, if the stress response goes on for too long, it can have a damaging ripple effects on the mind and body. It will cause problems with your relationships and affect your work as well as your wellbeing with major anxiety attacks.
There are many different ways to manage anxiety, including identifying your triggers, relaxation techniques, lifestyle changes and seeking support from others. Did you know that all physical ailment are psychosomatic?
The first thing to do is ask your body what is it trying to tell you.
Louise Hay with her book called "You can heal your life" was a pioneer and studied people for over 30 years before she created the dictionary like list at the end of her book which offers the correlation of each ailment as well as an affirmation to counteract it. Unfortunately affirmations are not enough in many cases.
Pain is an unpleasant sensation and emotional experience that links to tissue damage. It allows the body to react and prevent further tissue damage. People feel pain when a signal travels through nerve fibres to the brain for interpretation. The experience of pain is different for every person, and there are various ways to feel and describe pain. On top of the fact that pain can be short- or long-term and stay in one place or spread around the body.
An RTT™ session can help you really discover the root cause of the pain and help tell your mind how to fix it. For example: a lower back pain is often related to financial problems or knee issues with having suffered from the "Tall Poppy Syndrome" as you were "cut" at the knees.

We all know about emotional eating, the need to eat for comfort, or if we are sad or angry. But did you know it often goes deeper than that? It's a psychological protection that your inner child requires.
There has been a lot of research into why we over eat, and why people are often unable to lose weight or having lost the weight, it goes straight back on. You may be creating an unconscious barrier to protect yourself from a narcisist or you're in a job where you cop a lot of complaints so again you create that distance, so to speak. Or are you creating this not to look too attractive to the other sex?
Emptiness and missing aspects of our lives such as been lonely, or feeling unloved, unsupported or undervalued will find it impossible to lose weight. Their eating fills a void.
It is unfortunate that the foods usually craved are the feel good foods, the ones that generate feelings of pleasure. This usually involves sugar and fat. Also, cakes, muffins, cookies, pasta, pizza are all made from wheat, which contains gliadin, an opiate which binds to the opioid receptors in the brain and triggers excessive appetite. It becomes difficult to function without these feel good foods as we experience withdrawal, in addition to which the void in our lives is not fulfilled.
Our primitive, reptilian or automatic brain can feel our daily stress and tries to interpret the cause. It can associate the stress with physical dangers, famine or threat from the elements such as winter cold. To deal with the perceived threat of hunger or cold it will respond by slowing the metabolism and increasing appetite leading to fat storage. The extra fat would have been essential for the survival of our ancestors.

Attend the RTT session!
Enjoy a personal one and half hour session in the privacy of your own home with Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
This includes Hypnosis but it's only about 20% of the session. The session does include several different techniques such as regression, daisy chaining, up grading the child, Chinese whisper and more which will only be used as needed.
Allow at least 88 minutes for an amazing transformation.
And commit to listening to the recording for the next 21 days for total success.
At the end of your session you will receive your own personalised voice recording, which will be sent to you on the day at the end of the session for you to listen on your smart phone, tablet or computer.
Listen to the recording daily for 21 days or more to rewire your brain for the desired outcome.
You can do this any time during the day.
A lot of people prefer to listen to it just before going to sleep... But the important thing is to listen to it everyday even more than once if you can.
It is important for you to listen to the recording for 21 consecutive days as it is a vital part of your transformation process.
